I chose breakfast included and it was very nice and the location near the bus stop for buses coming from the airport and the people was very friendly and some of them speak Spanish very well.

Comfortable hotel. Close to Metro, providing quick, easy access to everything Montreal has to offer and St Denis, which has plenty of great dining. Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast inclusion is a plus. The hotel provided all I needed.
