The location was perfect! We loved that it was right next to Place Des Arts. We were able to walk to everything and there were metro stations close by. We were in the heart of the city. We will definitely stay here again.

I loved the breakfast, there was a lot of options to choose from. My daughter loved the welcome cookies. The bathroom and rooms had all the amenities and necessities needed. The beds were so soft and comfy. My kids slept so peacefully. The location was central and easy to access other locations. I loved the fact that the hotel was connected to a huge underground mall and also easy access to the metro. Overall,it was a wonderful experience.

Some people are quite helpful while some other were quite straight forward. In customer service, people needs to be humble and should offer sma co operation, if needed.
