Lovely old farmhouse in peaceful rural location. Spacious, traditionally furnished bedroom with decent-sized beds. Welcoming and attentive hosts who cooked us delicious omelettes for supper even though we hadn't pre-ordered anything. Breakfast included home-made jams and cake and freshly-brewed coffee. All in all, the best stay of our trip - and excellent value too. We would be happy to return.

La Bicyclette Bleue is a true gem. It is a beautiful old house in a picturesque, peaceful countryside. The breakfasts are a highlight, as are other delicious meal options (picnic dinner on the beach is a wonderful thing to do!). But it is more than that: during our one week vacation there, the hosts Neil and Freddy went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome and cared for - and are great conversationalists! We hope to come back soon :)

Super Hosts. Neil and Freddy looked after us like family. Room was clean spacious and very comfortable.Evening meals and Breakfast were delicious. Nothing was too much trouble, charachter property a proper home from home. Excellent value as well.

Outstanding all round, we opted for the evening meal, it did not disappoint. It was all locally sourced ingredients and home made. Neil and Freddie, our hosts went above and beyond to welcome my father and I into their home. The property was warm and clean, we also received plenty of options for breakfast. Outstanding all round, well worth a visit.
