Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect, close to two main tram stations. A nearby supermarket was really useful. The balcony was ideal for relaxing. A fairly quiet area, not much late-night noise at all.

The location is pretty good. One can walk to the center about 1.5km. It was safe to park our car inside a gated area around the building.
