On the outbound trip the toilet was persistently running, the safe was locked open. No maintenance available as it was the weekend. However I must compliment the reception staff that after three visits to the room and telephone consultation with someone fixed the toilet. Furthermore, Radisson should have informed us that building works were going on at the hotel and that no bar facilities were available. On the return visit all of the above issues did not occur, save for the building works being almost completed.

Overall, the stay at the hotel left a positive impression: the staff were polite, the room met expectations, and most aspects of the service were at a good level.

The room was quite spacious for the three of us. The main bed was big and comfortable. My daughter had a sofa bed in the living area. The suite had a nice outdoor deck which would have been nice in summer but it was December so too cold to sit out. The hotel is well appointed and has everything. We had a hire car so needed private parking which the hotel could provide (E17 per day). The included buffet breakfast was quite good. Location is ok; about a 10-15 min walk to the town centre.
