The location was perfect. Right on the river, close to the town and close to the forest. The host and family were incredibly friendly and welcomed us like personal guests. The apartment was a perfect size for two people and a dog. We lived for a week in comfort with everything we needed. The grounds were so peaceful and relaxing.

First of all: The mindful and smart residents (besides the similar animals) are perfectly warm-hearted and not obtrusive in supporting you and granting your own space in relaxing and quite nature in a authentic french village. We felt welcome & enjoyed the (not mandatory) talking. The accomodation has everthing you need and is very cozy. A plus: You have access to free bycicles and and the option on boating the directly connected water side and explore the surrounding. For those boulderers: It's a perfect starting point!

I had an amazing stay here🌟 It was such a cozy place - the house had this warm and inviting feel. The thoughtful touch of milk, butter, and bread waiting for us was really appreciated. One of my favorite moments was basking in the sunlight with a book in hand, just relaxing in the yard. The serene river nearby was the ultimate peaceful retreat. even got a friendly greeting from the horses 🐴 Highly recommenad this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and charming getaway. Can't wait to come back again
