The host goes above and beyond to make sure that you have the best stay possible. The location is spectacular and offers views out the windows. Well, it is well signposted so it's easier to come across whether you're walking or driving. Super comfortable and super clean, and in a great quiet neighbourhood. I would recommend this 10 out of 10, and I wish I could stay here again!

A summer house-style hotel in the Italian mountains near San Marino, Ravenna, and Rimini. Suitable for families with children. The rooms are very clean and cozy. The hostess, Donata, is very attentive. Every day there was fresh homemade bread and pie for breakfast. The breakfasts were very filling. In warmer months, you can spend evenings in the garden. Despite the autumn period, the house is very warm. A very safe area. Definitely will back to stay here again!

A great rural location. Donata was extremely helpful, especially guiding us in on a very foggy autumn evening. A pitty we only had one night, but it was a welcome break after a long drive from Pompei via Assisi in not such good weather. This would be a great summer stay for a family group. Donata's homemade bread and muffins were an added bonus.
