Perfect view, friendly and helpful staff, an excellent starting point for excursions around the area. Estate with perfectly landscaped surroundings and a fantastic swimming pool.

This was our second stay at this accommodation, and we chose it again for its location, nature, and overall atmosphere. The property is quite large, with its own small lake, a pool for warmer days, and plenty of greenery, all creating a truly authentic Tuscan vibe. We really enjoyed the space, the views, the peaceful surroundings, and the sound of birds. It feels completely secluded, and entering the property is almost like arriving at a hacienda. The accommodation itself is not new or modern, but very authentic and perfectly in line with the overall concept. The rooms are cleaned daily, and they are equipped with a hairdryer and a small fridge. The staff were kind, although they speak English a bit. Breakfast was okay, however, it felt almost the same as when we visited three years ago, so some small changes or additions would make it even better. There is private parking available, and the location is great for exploring the northern part of Tuscany. The nearest shops are about a 10-minute drive away, and Florence is around 30 minutes away. The bed was very comfortable, we truly had a great rest here. And we’ll come back again.
