The property is very old, and the décor is quite dated. The air conditioning is loud and doesn’t work well, and when I asked for an extra fan, I was told they don’t provide that service. The room itself was large, but the windows were very dirty. The staff on site were friendly and helpful, but it seems this hotel mainly caters to manual workers rather than tourists. The surrounding area feels a bit run down, and overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff is amazing. We lost an envelope of cash and they jumped through hoops to send it to us at our next hotel Location is very nice. Room was clean

Although this Hotel does not look so elegant from outside, the clerk lady gave me the room 116 and it was ESPECTACULAR it was really big clean with a small dining room etc. Besides the people from the parking lots were very gentle and funny all the time.

The place is very centric, close to Monterrey's main attractions. The staff is very flexible and attentive. The place is secure, although the surroundings aren't too much.
