The location is probably the best pro of this hotel. The staff was really kind, specially in room service.

The location is excellent. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The room was a good size, and the beds and bed sheets were very good quality and comfortable. The Molton Brown toiletries are very nice. The business center is also very complete with several PC stations and printing facilities. No extra cost for printing or for copying. Excellent access to the malls and all the restaurants at Main Entrance and more. Excellent location for a solo traveler or anyone who wants to have entertainment after work. At the restaurant and bar, when the staff looks after you, they are very kind and helpful.
