- good location, it was easy to get into town! - facilities were clean - Alessandro was a great host, giving us recommendations, helping us with a booking and saving us by checking on our car and helping us turn the engine off!!

Alessandro is a wonderful host - very hospitable, helpful and responsive. We loved all the snacks in the room and the housekeeping did a great job as the place was spotless. The facilities are good - coffee and tea machine, as well as very efficient air conditioner and an outdoor space that you can use. Easy walk from the train station and great part of town.

We like everyrhing, the location is walking distance (5 minutes) to some restaurants area and to Monterosso Central Station and also it is 15 minutes walking to the old city center. Alessandro, the host, was very kind to us and he explained us everything, he let us his phone number amd said to call him if we need something. We enjoyed our stay and we do reccommend the location.
