the location is unbeatable, inside the walls of Monteriggioni. The room, we got a quadruple, was nice, maybe a bit small, but very charming.

The location right in the walls of this historic place, quite an experience. We had a two bedroom apartment. There was a large communal day room, which due to being out of season we had to ourselves. We were walking the Via Francigena. The bed and bedding were superb. Good shower. There is very little in Monteriggioni, so if going out of season, be aware of this. I cannot fault the accommodation though. A typical and historical Tuscan dwelling.
