ALTIDO wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see this property as a home away from home. There are, however, a few points we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy:

The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (should be paid by cash upon arrival) for check-in after 7 pm.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Lovely spot in a very quiet town - it’s larger than it appears in the pictures! Owner is lovely! Just note that it does not have aircon, the house really does keep out the heat but it was 40 degrees during our stay and did get quite hot

Excellent location for exploring and walks, quiet, free parking, very friendly host, appartment has everything you need, and more! Comfortable beds, good water pressure, very clean, patio. We were extremely comfortable.

Beautiful Italian apartment in a tiny village. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Apartment is very spacious and fully equipped with a real kitchen, washing machine etc. interior ist old fashioned but nice and thanks god no IKEA! Has no air con, but the walls a very thick so temperature was very pleasant. The village it self is so small that there is almost nothing besides an old abyss and a gas station and a small cafeteria - it was a good starting point for us anyway.
