The fine print
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.Pets are allowed on request. Charges may apply. A pet fee of USD 40 tax per pet, per night will be charged separately during the stay.
Smoking inside the property or any damages caused by pets will result in an additional charge of USD 500.
Damage Deposit
A refundable damage deposit of USD 100 is required upon arrival. This deposit will be collected by credit card and refunded within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Very clean. I like the wooden floor. Newly remodeled . I like the little kitchen area with a little table and two chairs. So sweet!

We booked a room and then read some alarming reviews about the hotel. We were a bit apprehensive, but the place exceeded our expectations. The room was decorated in 70s colors and had a dated look, but it was still decent and clean. The man who greeted us was very friendly and pleasant.
