Great staff and the room was nice and spacious. Lighting was a underdone and for a double double room it would have been nice to have four chairs. But in general we were pleasantly surprised with the room appointments and cleanliness. The lounge/bar looked cosy for a evening meal but we arrived after dinner service.

Rooms were great, clean, comfortable. The hotel restaurant dinner exceeded our expectations and the staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. Location is great, very convenient for exploring Monterey. Breakfast was a good wide selection and the hours were generous.

Breakfast was decent --$20 fee for complimentary wine, breakfast, and parking. Overall worth the extra price but important to note that it isn't included in the total displayed on Booking.com.
