The breakfast was great, the owners were friendly and very helpful and the position was perfect - in the centre of Montepulciano

We loved the location and the room felt very homey and comfortable. Breakfast was in an old cellar (done up beautifully) and was a fantastic way to start the day with plentiful selection and a barista coffee. Staff made us feel welcome and pre-communication was fantastic. The best pizza we have had in Italy is only 3 doors away and plenty of shops, wine tasting and restaurants nearby.

wonderful accommodation, wonderful owner, breakfast in the cellar, breakfast very good and tasty, parking in garage no. 6, approx. 100m from the accommodation, I recommend
