Roberto and his wife Vitoria were the most hospitable hosts we ever met. They were very friendly and helpful. The yard and the balcony terrace were secret gems. Its location is in the heart of the historic center and the parking was very close and free. Note that Roberto gave us perfect instructions. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of town, with a truly special and charming atmosphere. What made our experience especially memorable were the hosts — incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. Every guest is treated with personal care and genuine hospitality. Breakfast was served on a beautiful terrace and was both rich and varied. It was lovingly prepared and served by the hosts themselves, with thoughtful attention to every detail. A special thank you to Roberto, who went above and beyond to help us with the parking situation. We had missed the instructions he had sent us in advance and ended up parking far outside the permitted area. He personally drove us to the correct parking spot and walked us back to the hotel’s private parking. **This is an important note for future guests:** the hotel is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), and entering it without proper authorization can result in a significant fine. Thankfully, the hosts manage this very well and will guide you if you follow their instructions carefully. We highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely love to return!
