Great apartment, all you need for a holiday and more. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Off the hallway there was a washer / dryer. Two bathrooms.... beautiful old building, tastefully restored, decorated and furnished. Grazia who met us and showed us the apartment did not speak English, but used technology to tell us everything we needed to know. There was a lovely welcome pack of wine, pasta, sauce, biscuits and milk, so we did not need to worry about shopping the first evening.... Highly recommended!

We love this place! Montepescali is a small beautiful historical town on a hill with narrow streets, romantic views, with sides of the hill covered with olive trees. The apartment is big, comfortable and perfectly clean. What I loved best about it, was the historical building outside, but the modern look inside. There is all you need. The owner is very helpful and kind, she gave us a welcome gift of locally produced foods including her homemade olive oil. A trip to the beaches is quite short, since you need to shop anyway, it was no problem for us. We love the Maremma area including the possibility to make trips to nearby historical towns.

This stay was absolutely beyond our expectation. First of all, all persons in charge were extremely kind and friendly. There was no frustration about communication. Also rooms and equipments are well prepared and we could stay just like our home.
