Decor and facilities are great, always struggled with hotels on my trips to Prato but this is great. Imagine in summer having the pool would make it sublime.

An absolutely stunning and cozy hotel that perfectly matched the photos. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and inviting. The staff was exceptionally kind and professional — we haven’t experienced hospitality like this in a very long time. The hotel is truly pet-friendly and happily welcomed us and our furry family member, which meant a lot to us. The food was delicious and of excellent quality. Every part of our stay was simply wonderful. We genuinely can’t wait to return.

The hotel is absolutely amazing — beautifully designed, well-maintained, and incredibly clean. The entire place is stunning and feels truly special from the moment you arrive. The staff are wonderful: attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything you need. Their warm hospitality really made our stay unforgettable. We came to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with an upgrade to a spacious and beautifully decorated room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and added so much to our experience. Highly recommended!
