The apartment is set in a beautiful location and the host was very nice and friendly. However, despite the overall charm of the property, it felt like the space was lacking in attention to detail and proper maintenance. The main apartment itself was beautiful, but it felt quite dusty, as if it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. The lower level in particular felt very outdated and neglected - the window to the garden on that level wouldn't even close properly, which was quite frustrating. It's a shame, because this could truly be a gem of a property with a bit more care and upkeep. As it stands, the lack of attention to detail diminishes the overall experience. Additionally, the noisy bar downstairs was quite disruptive, with noise carrying up even after it was supposedly closed for the night. This further detracts from the peaceful, relaxing experience one would expect from such a charming location.

Beautiful location with a view of the Marche rolling hills. Small bedroom maybe a tad too basic but extremely clean and quiet. Small bathroom lacking hooks, shelves or a flat surface to lay toiletries on. Kind and friendly staff. Poor breakfast. Restaurant only average. Price is 20/30% in excess of what one would expect to pay for the overall quality offered.

This place is truly wonderful and gorgeous, where time seems to stand still in this scenic village. The apartments are beautiful and exude charm at every corner, creating an unforgettable experience. From the delightful restaurant to every thoughtful detail in the rooms, you can feel the care and attention that makes this hotel a very special place. We would be happy to come back
