The owners were lovely and extremely helpful with how things worked in the flat as well as helping outside of that as well . The flat was very comfortable with lovely facilities and brilliant location so close to the station and shops

The property was very well kept, the cleanliness was spotless. it has a comfortable size and the hosts are very kind, and caring. The location is convenient because it has the train station and the city center close by.

I cannot say enough superlatives about this home and the owners. Everything was carefully put in their places and perfectly clean. There was of course some snacks, Nutella and other food for a breakfast or lunch which saved us at some point of our stay. The communication with the hosts - Francesco and Francesca was amazing and they helped us to make our plans for the days we spent. Also they provided us with tons of recommendations - restaurants, cities to visit, parking places and other useful information related to our trip. If we are travelling again to Tuscany, I will not bother to look for other places.
