We stayed at Toby’s Resort during our honeymoon in Jamaica, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. Check-in was smooth, although payment is made directly at the property and not through the app, so keep that in mind. The staff kindly helped us with our many bags, which was appreciated after a long day of travel. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed having a balcony with a nice view, and the TV worked great for relaxing in the evenings. One of the highlights of our stay was the on-site restaurant and the poolside bar. The food was delicious, and the drinks were fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The whole place has a warm and welcoming ambiance that made us feel right at home. We also appreciated the security presence at the front of the property. It made us feel even safer and added an extra layer of peace of mind during our stay.

An iron and ironing board should be in each room. Irons are at reception, which guests have to ask for and return when finished. Ironing boards are stored under the stairs, which guests have to collect and return after use.

Great value for money. 5 mins from airport, located at the end of the hip strip for shops, bars and beach. Very friendly informative staff. Nice pool area with bar and food in the restaurant is very tasty. Will definitely stay again.

It was clean, staff were polite and friendly, helpful. Food and drinks were good. Pools were awesome and music in the day was on point. Bed size was great, balcony and furniture nice. Fridge freezer worked perfectly
