Breakfast had a great selection of meals. Ability to choose between restaurants was cool, they have Asian, Japanese, Italian restaurants etc. The resort is located in a quiet area, very close to the airport. Staff is amazing following up with you during your stay. We had complained about service time in one of restaurants and hospitality manager followed up with us several times and also booked timed entry to several restaurants. If you're coming as a family there are lots of activities available like evening shows, sports, etc. Kids club was amazing, our son enjoyed spending time there. And it's all included.

All the staff we interacted with were helpful well mannered and courteous. We especially love how customer service and satisfaction seem to be a top priority of this resort very SMART! There is one particular experience that stood out in the minds of my husband and I. On our second day we went to the concierge to get our discount coupons . There were three representatives or so we thought. We went to the one that was closest to us who in hindsight seemed to be a supervisor. She sat us down and listened to our concern and then she asked one of the other ladies to assist us. The other lady asked her to send us over and she quickly said "No you come" in a firm tone and then exchanged desk with her. While this was happening in our minds we felt a little uneasy as we thought she was just asserting her authority and we believe staff deserves to be treated with respect regardless of their position. However, the representative came over and assisted us with much grace and enthusiasm. My husband and I quickly came to the conclusion that the first lady wasn't being condescending with the representative but instead she was showing us exceptional customer service! by having her come over Instead of us going over as we were already seated. It was no problem for us to move but we got the message and felt valued so a big shout out to her! We forgot her name but of all the other good things that transpired this experience stood out because we value good customer service. kudos to team keep it up. Finally, the resort helped us celebrate our anniversary by giving us two bottles of Champagne. This also, was possible with the help of Matthew at check-in and Kemoy at customer service. Big up unnuself! we are super grateful and we will definitely be back soon!

Staff, actually hotel. Only disappointment is the lack of promotion of the club and better interaction with the games by the pool and beach

I liked the size of the room and all the daily planned activities to keep visitors entertained if they chose to partake.
