The ambience, spectacular view, quiet. Easy walking distance for reasonably mobile person (stairs and slopes) to nice restaurants. Breakfast was simple and pleasant. Large comfortable bed.

That was over our expectation! The panoramic mountain lake view from our room was crazy beautiful! That was exactly what we were expecting: peaceful place, feeling authentic Italy, country land fresh air and smells. Room clearness and personally served capuchino and breakfasf were so lovely. Apartment owner was very hospitable and helpful. The best restaurant during our weekly trip we have found just few steps away from our host. Very recommended if you wish to feel real Italy.

Great Location, spacious bedroom & bathroom but most of all the mesmerising lake view! Highly recommended should you be visiting this area! Restaurants and Rocca dei Papi within walking distance from Villa.

Large spacious room and bathroom, very clean, with fantastic views and own private balcony. Breakfast is served in your room so you can enjoy the view.
