Great place - quiet, comfortable, clean, spacious. The pictures and description are fair. It is a strategic place to travel through the region. Finally, Marica is a great host, very accommodating.

Fenced in area for the dog. The property offers guests breakfast for the first night and the owner’s mum Luciana had prepared some delicious Marche cakes. Delicious cappuccino as well. She also generously gave us two bags of cachi fruit and was full of helpful advice about places to buy typical food from the Sibellini that we needed. The room is small but with everything that you need and very clean.
