They replied to my msg like instant. I asked for firewoods at around 10 PM late night on Dec.31st and I didn’t expect they would answer right away so I didn’t check msg. But after 10 min the parc omega staff came to the door with firewoods. I’m just very impressed with how responsive they are and how they care about the customer experience.

Amazing to be in the nature and be close to the animals with access to other parts of the park that are only accessible if you stay there but this is not very well advertised. We just happened to stumble upon it. The actual park is incredible and such an amazing experience!

The Staff at Parc Omegs were great especially the guy on main reception who was more than helpfull. The park setting is amazing Our log cabin was comfortable and clean a true wilderness living experience. We woke up early and took a walk along the bear boardwalk where we spotted bears still sleeping and a family of wolves with their 2 babies playing in the morning sun. Memories that will last a life time Thank you
