It was the perfect place to stay - spotlessly clean, with everything you could possibly want in the gite and in the garden. Phil and Sandrine were excellent hosts - happy to answer questions etc

Everything! It is a beautiful property in a lovely little town surrounded by vineyards and in easy reach of all the best attractions. We were on holiday with our 2 young children and it surpassed our expectations in every respect. The property has been very sympathetically restored in keeping with the French farmhouse style. The house was kitted out to a really high standard and spotlessly clean. We were given lots of children’s equipment for the duration of our stay with made us feel really welcome and comfortable as a family. The grounds were well laid out offering both privacy and fantastic shared spaces too. We loved the hammocks in the pine grove, chickens, the huge trampoline, the many children’s games, magical fire pit area and fruit trees. The standout feature was the impeccably clean heated pool which we enjoyed with all their toys and inflatables every day. Phil and Sandrine are such lovely people and perfect hosts. It was lovely to see how well they looked after the gite and were absolutely brilliant with our children. Our children were kept busy for hours every day with so much to keep them occupied in a big very safe space.

Beautiful surroundings with a real big and well planted garden. The accommodation was recently refurbished and had everything well thought out. The swimming pool was clean, and there were lots of garden games available for the kids. The hosts were lovely and very helpful during our stay with advice on local attractions.

We were a group of 12 and had a great pleasure to stay in Les Bocages for 10 days. All 3 houses are well equipped and very comfortable. With parking place. The outside area is great - with barbecue and sport zone- with table tennis, pétanque and large heated pool. It is quite big, surrounded by the trees and is very cosy. The location of Les Bocages is also perfect if you are going to visit the castles of LoireI. It is very close to Blois and Amboise. And not far from other castles. Phil and Sandrine are great hosts and reacted very fast to all our wishes and questions. We would highly recommend stay in Les Bocages because this was a very pleasant experience for all of us. Rundum zufrieden !
