The Cloud Forest Lodge by Böëna - Opening November 2022 offers the perfect combination between isolating yourself in nature and staying close to all Monteverde´s facilities. We are located within the Bellbird Biological Corridor, two kilometers from the main town and in the middle between the Monteverde Reserve and the Santa Elena Reserve. We preserve our biodiversity with dedication since we believe that people deserve to enjoy the nature that surrounds us. We are invested in maintaining the essence of Monteverde over time.
We do not have luxurious rooms. Instead, our space is ideal for relaxation and natural contemplation. We share a rustic lodge that breathes the forest. We aim to offer an unforgettable experience by focusing on the openness, commitment, and safety of our services. Our staff will be pleased to attend to the concerns and preferences of each visitor.

Beautiful little hotel complex with amazing views. The Restaurant is very nice.

Everything was very personal as it’s a small hotel. Loved the breakfast - fruit bowl with toast followed by a la carte breakfast. No buffet. Quality of all meals was excellent. Super rooms - great size & really clean. Fantastic viewing area to see hummingbirds .

Outstanding location with beautiful terrace and view. But also indoor the open fire provided a great warm feeling and atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and dinner delicious.

Perfect place to stay a couple of days. Brilliant service at reception/ restaurant & room service (2xcleaning per day!). All meals were perfect. Nice wines & a cool roof top terrasse. We book 2 guided tours (night walk& Curi Cancha); we had an incredibly knowledgeable guide with 25y experience, please send our best regards to him!
