Excellent breakfast with some lovely Italian specialities. The hostess is delightful - very smiley, friendly and helpful. The views from the terrace are spectacular. Another plus is that the property is easy to find by car (as it is off the main road through Monte Sant'Angelo).

Fantastic view, very quiet area within walkable distance to the city center (15min). Very friendly owners. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was very good with homeade breads. Great selection of fruits and cheeses. Condiments were good also. Coffe was superb
