We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Our hosts were two incredibly kind and friendly people. The room was comfortable and cozy, and every detail of the house was designed by the lovely couple with beautiful handmade furniture by Max. The breakfast was also very nice and the entire home radiated warmth and hospitality. It was by far our favorite stay in Italy, we left feeling very welcomed and we miss the place. Grazie mille for making our trip so special! 💛

Great host and breakfast. The host is really helpful to give us informations around the B&B. We like the village and the restaurant around. The facilities are very good and clean.

We got a warm and pleasant welcome even arriving late at night. Perfect morning service with a wide variety of fruits, cakes, yoghurts and much more fresh beakfast menu surprised us a lot. All the service incl. cleaning was excellent. The location is quite and the room is cozy with a large bathroom. We loved the view at hills from the teracce and appreciated to use the kitchen on evenings after our return from trips. Not mentioning a perfect arrangement of parking inside the plot using the gate remote control. Thank you, Silvia and Max! We hope to come again 😊

Host Max is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The B&B is located in the hills around Bologna making it a peaceful and tranquil experience. The city is only 15 mins away and the airport only 20 mins making this the perfect combination for sightseeing and vacationing. The room was clean; the bathroom huge; the grounds impeccable. Only 8 mins by car you’ll find a nice trattoria which we can highly recommend; ask the host for details. One tip though: leave room for breakfast because it’s huge!
