the property is spacious and well located in Montauk if you have a car to get to other parts of the Hamptons. Attentive staff, beautiful grounds (2 acres I think) with hammocks, fire pits (they sell s'mores fixings), pool, endless lounge chairs and the BEST bartender in Montauk (Paulie and his wife Jamie). The property has a Miami vibe.

The location and size of the property is very good. The grounds were well maintained with a beautiful pool setting. You can also walk to town quite easily probably less than half a mile. There is transportation to the beach that passes by most of the inns such as surf buses.
