Lovely stay, house was really spacious, clean and beautiful, with amazing ocean view. Quiet at night, away from the main part of Montanita town. We had a private room with a private bathroom, and shared kitchen. Joos was very warm and welcoming. The stay has all you need for a short or long term stay. Recommend!

The house is above the hill, allowing me to see the beach and the town from my balcony—very lovely. There is a small chair and a hammock on the balcony as well, perfect for relaxing. The room is spacious and very clean. I slept well and also had a table to work at in my room. There are five cats in the house, and they are absolutely adorable! 😺❤️They made my stay wonderful. The homeowner was super helpful; she reached out ahead of time to ensure I arrived smoothly, shared some delicious food she made with me, helped arrange transportation, and allowed me to check out late and use the bathroom since I had a late bus to catch. In summary, it’s a great place to stay within budget, and I will definitely come back!🤗

wonderful! very large studio , kitchen , dining/work area , lounge area and bedroom. only 5 mins or so stroll to the beach. amazing views from the balcony and through the large doors Up a small hill so great for views and away from the party town noise but near enough to go and enjoy. Joos is a wonderful host and great at anticipating needs. It was a wonderful place to chill and unwind after lots of busy travelling. I couldn’t recommend more!
