Great location and great room. We liked the natural environment around the property. Francesca was great communicating with us both prior and during our visit and spent time explaining the local region with us.

The Host Francesca was perfect. She met us at the destination and showed us 2 options. The room we had originally booked was further from the parking and the weather was not great. She offered us a larger space with very close access to the parking. She was easily available for any questions we had and offered us many recommendations.
