Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Please note that bed linen are included. A change of bed linen is charged EUR 12 per person. Towels are included from December to April only not included. Towels can be rented at the reception out of this period (10€/person/change). Kitchen linen is not provided.Free WiFi is provided in the public areas and 1 free WiFi connection per unit is included. For any additional WiFi connection you can pay a supplement on site.An additional cost is required for the following services: laundry, final cleaning and daily house-keeping. We were a group of 6 people. We had an apartment for 8 people, but still the rooms were very small. There was nothing to wash the dishes with, no hand soap, one toilet paper. You had to pay if you wanted towels. Otherwise the location is pretty close to slopes (5 mins in boots) and to restaurants. Also the spa is nice

Good accommodation. It was reasonably clean, but not perfect. For the price you pay, you don't get toilet paper, towels, shampoo, soap, nothing, just bed linen and fully stocked kitchen (minus cutting board). Location is also 2 bus stops away from the slopes. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are nice, and it doesn't get too crowded. Showers however are common, not separated between men and women. Outside the sauna there is an extremely dirty sink. Overall, a good experience but I will not be coming again due to the above reasons.

The property is a good value for money. It is close to the Vallee Blanche ski lifts and has the bus station in front of the building so you can get easy and fast to jandri express lift. The sauna and the pool are good to relax after a ski trip. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, and some pans to cook the breakfast/supper.
