Great location near all public transport options. Pool and gym excellent. Great pillows! Clean but not perfectly so. Parking hard to find at check in.

Everything was so easy, great location, rooms are spacious and clean, staff are very friendly, great big pool, perfect for the kids. this was our 2nd time at the Chen and once again we were pleased with everything. THANK YOU.

We had some people that liked to party till 2:45 in the morning making noise and slaming of doors. Had to ring hotel reception. We drove over reception told us not parking that we could park across the road free of charge but then when checking out got told it would be a $14 per day charge. That should of been explained to me at the time.

Pool and lounge area. Rooms and amenities in bathroom were excellent.
