Super clean and modern hotel in a great location directly opposite the railway station and only a 10 minute walk to the Grand Place. Parking is private, safe and right at the back of the hotel. Bed was super comfortable and the reception team extremely friendly and helpful. I had to move rooms due to a problem with my shower (read comments below) and they arranged this for me.

The lift was not working and we had to climb three flights of stairs every day. Thankfully the young receptionist helped us with the luggage and offered us water and free extension up to two o'clock on the departure day. Cleanliness was ok. The breakfast could be more varied

Lift was broken, bit of a trek for friends on the 3rd floor, apart from that issue no other complaints
