The hotel environment is beautiful, the pool with sea water was very much appreciated by our kids. The restaurant by the sea offers nice dishes and has friendly staff but the payment system does not always work (I had to walk 10min to the reception and back to fix the hotel card twice - with two kids under 5 definitely not something you would want to do during your vacation). The kids club was nice but only in Italian including in the evening for the mini disco (I am putting it under positive remarks because the kids club team was welcoming and made an effort to speak English). The reception staff was overall friendly and tried to find solutions to the issues listed below. They also offered a conference room when I had to be on an important meeting which was appreciated.

The hotel was within walking distance of the town & had a good on site cafe for lunch. There are some nice places to walk to for dinner. You can access the ocean from the hotel.

The location was a bit out of Monopoli and you really need a car to get anywhere. The pool was nice a big the service was ok.
