Great position right in the old town, easy walk to station, restaurant and beach. Lots of coffee and biscuits left by the host. The upstairs terrace was nice to sit at for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening the washing machine was nice to have (host left some detergent pods for machine). Good communication with the host and an earlier check in was arranged. Great shower with lots of hot water, nice towels and shower gel provided.

Incredible location, it was very central and close to everything and yet in such a quiet little street that there was no noise. Very comfy bed, TWO bathrooms!, and a kitchenette, all very handy. The manager/owner was very nice and helpful whenever I had questions. I wish I could’ve stayed there longer as my plans were quite flexible but sadly they had no availability - not that it surprises me! It’s blissfully cool there because of the thick stone walls, which in sweltering heat was such a blessing. I will definitely want to stay there again when I come back to Monopoli

Sabrina was very communicative in terms of checking in to the stay, and all the amenities there are very good. Especially if you're looking for a washing machine. She's also very opened to feedback in case you have ideas how to make the next stay more pleasant. The location is also huge plus. It's in quiet area but 3-5 minutes away to busy streets with a lot of dining options.
