I booked this place completely by chance, and it turned out to be a little gem in the heart of Monopoli’s old town. We were in a top location, and the room was incredibly spacious, with everything we needed. There was a great spot just below us with young people hanging out until late – we personally enjoyed the atmosphere since we don’t mind the buzz, and it was still thebeginning of the season. However, keep in mind that during peak season it might not be ideal for families with children who prefer quiet evenings. I was truly impressed by the sound and melody of the church bells ringing every 30 minutes – I loved being in such a lively and cosmopolitan place.The streets of Monopoli are simply a stunning experience in themselves – just walking around is magical. The accommodation had a warm, authentic vibe and smelled wonderful. Don’t hesitate to book if it’s available for your dates – it really felt like home.
