Off street parking. Spacious modern and clean apartment. Kitchen had all the utensils so we cooked on some occasions. There was a hot tub, but didn’t get a chance to use. The washing machine was very handy. The host was very helpful. Small supermarket near the back gate. Short walk to the Old Town.

- great location, 10 mins walk to old town, 2 mins to beach, supermarket across the road, lovely cafe nearby. - owner allowed us to use facilities at a beach resort 7km south of apartment - apartment is shaded and cool, with secure parking - Luciana is so lovely and considerate.

1. Cleanliness & design – the house was spotless and beautifully decorated. 2. Luciana’s hospitality – groceries prepared for our arrival, quick replies, very helpful, even drove us to the train station. 3. Well-equipped home – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 4. Extra amenities – access to a garden, sunbeds, and water equipment at the second property. 5. Great location – close to a stunning beach with crystal-clear water.

We had an amazing stay in Monopoli! The place was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and had absolutely everything we needed – from all the amenities to thoughtful supplies that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk from stunning beaches. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect – so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, style, and warm hospitality in Monopoli!
