It’s rare a property looks exactly like the photos but this one did! Fabulous throughout and immaculately clean. All the home comforts we needed for our 12 night stay and the washing machine was a useful addition. Hosts were great and made some excellent recommendations for local restaurants. I would highly recommend Casa Perricci.

Patrizia and Davido were such wonderful hosts, more than happy to help and their property is absolutely amazing. Situated in the old town and within walking distance to beaches, restaurants and bars, the place is very well decorated and maintained and very well equipped. The basement spa was such a welcome treat after a long day out and the roof terrace so inviting at any time of day or night. Would definitely recommend and return to this property.

The location is amazing! So central and walking distance to everything. We absolutely loved our stay here. The only thing to mention would be that it wouldn't be suitable for small children (toddlers) as each room is on its own floor so they're a lot of steep steps. Our kids 5 & 7 however loved it!

Great location. In the middle of the old town, but still quit. Hostess very attent and lovely. If ypu have a question she always helpt you in a minute via app. Bonuss rooftop terras. Close to everything, also beaches. Monopoli is so lovely.
