The first set of bed linen and towels are free of charge.During your stay, it is possible to request a new set of bed linen/towels. Every new set of bed linen costs EUR 8 per person and a new set of towels costs EUR 3 per person.Two sun beds and one parasol per apartment are included. Any extra sun bed is charged EUR 10.Please note that check-in on Saturdays is from 16:00 to 20:00. For information about late check-in, please contact the property in advance.Late check out is possible until 12:00 upon availability and will be charged EUR 20.Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged EUR 7 per day when used.Please note that heating is not included and will be charged EUR 7 per day when used.Only small pets are allowe and will be charged EUR 9 per pet.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Very nice and spacious complex, with well-equipped apartments and very helpful staff. The only downside was the sofa — the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable for sleeping and sitting due to the steel frame. The view on the lake was good, but it’s a pity there’s no path to the lake/beach nearby. Apart from that, the stay was very pleasant, and the staff was extremely helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Kasia (Katerena) for her help, explanations, and suggestions — I wish every place had such a kind, helpful, and professional person like her.

Everything was amazing. The flat was spacious and only a 5 minute walk from the town centre. A beautiful view of the lake and amazing staff, super friendly and helpful.

The staff were helpful and patient. The swimming pool and restaurant are good. The location of the apartment is good, near Lake Garda. A few minutes' drive away from the grocery store (Aldi/Lidl) Dog-friendly place

We loved everything about this residence. It was awesome, we all enjoyed, the kids had a lot of fun in the swimming pools, playgrounds. Our apartment was in great position, we had 5 seconds to the pool, we had beautiful view. And pizza in a restaurant was great as well (we tried only pizza). If you don't need wi-fi, that this is the best choice for couples and families! Thank you Residence Primera.

Residence is really nice , apartments well equipt and spacious. Kitchen was not so good, but if you are hungry 😊 the supermarket is cool, the morning croissant are really tasty.

Our accomodation was great. The view from our room was stuning as well as the terrace. Whole complex is beautiful, there is a lot of green area and a space for childred. We would definitely come back again! :)
