Teritory is guarded with gates that makes it safe for kids to run around, there are several things/activities to do - that is an extra since you don't have to go anywhere. I love that they have a restaurant as well, morning capuchinojust outside your door is a blessing. Staff is lovely - which is very important for you to feel welcome and relaxed. I wish we could enjoy animals more. Im creative so I see much more potential to the area to make it more attractive and level up. But they are doing a great job so far anyways. Thank you from our family and have a wonderful season this year!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel truly welcome. Check-in was smooth, everything was clearly explained, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Our apartment on the hill overlooking Lake Garda was beautiful, very comfortable and had absolutely everything we could possibly need. We really appreciated the thoughtful little touches, like kids plates, cups, and cutlery. The best part was that our children could access the playground directly from our terrace, they were thrilled! As a family with two little kids, we couldn’t have asked for a better setup. There was a great playground just by our apartment and another lovely one near the restaurant and reception area. The kids had so much fun in the indoor pool, and afterwards we enjoyed some delicious drinks and snacks at the restaurant, where the staff were super attentive and friendly. They also loved the Kids Club, especially the arts and crafts and meeting Spotty for photos! On our last day, we visited the little farm where the kids got to say hello to the ponies, goat, and chickens, such a sweet touch. Everything in this hotel feels so thoughtful and full of care, you can really see the love that’s been put into it. The staff were amazing from start to finish. We honestly can’t fault a single thing. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

An amazing stay in a beautiful complex surrounded by a large, peaceful garden! Everything was perfect — clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, and exceptional service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. It’s the ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. I would definitely love to come back!
