The view was spectacular. Fabulous location. Our suite exceeded expectations. It was huge, complete with jacuzzi and loungers on terrace overlooking lake. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Thank you

The price is extremely high for what is offered. The ibericos, pâtés, and fried dishes do not justify their cost. Even the iberico ham is not freshly sliced and placed on the plate—it is taken from the packaging and arranged. The pâtés are not homemade but come from a can, and the fried dishes are pre-frozen from the store. The hotel and location are stunning—Instagram-worthy. However, given that it is a five-star establishment, I believe some improvements should be made. On the first morning, I had the express breakfast, and for the second morning, I initially requested the continental option. However, after seeing how lunch was, I asked to switch back to the express breakfast. The staff is very kind and attentive, but they handle everything—from reception to the bar, dining room, and kitchen. The price is simply not justified.
