We were really thankful that we booked this hotel rather than one on the rock. It’s lovely to walk out and back but return to a quiet and relaxed area with a short stroll to the many choices of restaurants on the picturesque harbour. Even in mid September it was quite busy out there. The hotel is old but they have done a good job in maintaining the standards. We had an ocean view room and a fantastic view of the beach and rock. The room had a sofa, desk and a bit more space. Bed was comfortable. Easy to park outside, staff very cheerful and friendly. Wonderful cake shops and restaurants in town.

Beach front and walking distance to the peninsula as well as restaurants. Comfortable bed and breakfast was pretty good too! Unsure why this is registered as 2 stars: could easily be more!
