Giorgio was a great host and gave us valuable information. Thank you, Giorgio. The beach is so close, and the nearby supermarket had everything we needed, even some gluten-free bread and pasta. The 806 bus with a transfer to the 101 bus took us straight into Palermo train station. Bus tickets were €1.40 per person (valid 90 minutes from when it is validated) or buy a €3.50 ticket, valid for the whole day. We used an app called Stasher to store our luggage near the train station until our next accommodation was available.

The location just a short walk from Mondello beach and the restaurants was perfect. We could literally park the car when checking in and drive again only when checking out.
