Very nice place with a very friendly host Manlio, he speaks perfect english btw. 20 min walk to the beach, nearby is a superstore and bus stop to Palermo. I had a small child with me and he liked the place very much, especially the cat.

The host, Manlio, who “likes to make life easier for others,” was fantastic. He helped us arrange airport transfers at a discounted price (thanks, Alessio!). There were no issues with late check-in (after 10 PM) or late check-out (special thanks for that!). Manlio is the kind of host you’d always want: discreet, always ready to offer advice and assistance whenever needed. The property fully met our expectations – spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family of 2+2. The bedrooms had air conditioning. A big plus for us was the location – slightly off the beaten path, away from busy streets, which made it quiet and peaceful. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the beach, where you’ll find various patisseries, bars, and restaurants. Nearby, there’s a well-stocked supermarket (Famila Superstore) and a bus stop with connections to Palermo.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Very clean. It offers everything one needs. Convenient access to the centre of Palermo by bus, within a 15 minutes’ walk from the beach. Amazing terrace plus birds singing in the morning. The host is super hospitable, helpful and friendly. He offered lots of useful tips and enjoyable company. It is definitely a great place to stay.
