The Beach House is a first floor apartment, well situated being 5 minutes walk from the wide sandy bay of Mondello Beach and the nearest restaurants and a few minutes walk to local a mini-market and bakery. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the morning sunshine with breakfast on the balcony off the kitchen, and evening sunshine with a glass of wine or beer on the balcony off the living room! Our host Giacomo came to the apartment on the day we arrived to welcome us and answer any questions. He was very helpful and provided lots of information about Palermo and the local area. He also offers the service of a taxi driver, Ermanno, for transfers from and to the airport and other journeys during your stay. Ermanno was very good and we recommend his service. The busier part of Mondello and more restaurants are around 20 minutes walk along the beach front, and we enjoyed the walk in the evenings.

Giacomo met us in person, waiting for us to arrive, and gave us all the information we may need, explaining local supermarkets, restaurants and where to park for a road trip to Palermo. The house had everything, including enough bath towels, washing clothes and drying out, cooking meals, watching TV, air conditioning, good wifi and a clean apartment in an upmarket area only a few minutes' walk to Mondello beach, which was lovely. Giacomo was available on WhatsApp whenever we needed any advice or to clarify any doubts; that personal touch made all the difference, I highly recommend it.

The stay was so nice! The house is amazing and the attention of the owner exceptional! He waited for us since we had some trouble at the airport and because of that some delay. Great views, decoration and location. Wonderful place to go back to ♡

We stayed at this place for one week and it was chosen as we needed to work remotely. I would like to thank Giacomo who helped me everyday with every question I had and made my life so much easier - he booked taxis for me, got all of the recommendations for eating/shopping, helped me finding the only one left automatic car in the whole Palermo area, and I also wanted to stress out - Giacomo speaks English perfectly. Apartment is located in great place, the shops/restaurants/beach and cafes are all around in walking distance. The apartment is spacious and has all the life necessities.
