The apartment is a 10 and Filipo, the owner is a bonus. Apartment in a very secure neighborhood. Spacious well equipped. Filippo welcomed us at 11pm and spared no effort in giving us tips about our stay in the city. He left us breakfast for next morning since he knew we will wake up late. Secured parking with cameras controlling the street. Close to airport and city( if you have your car of course).

The apartment was impeccably clean, very spacy and good equipped with all amenities including laundry machine and air conditioning in the living room. The beds were very comfortable. The host was wonderful - if you don't do your homework before coming to Palermo, he'll give you lots of advice (in a form of pdf guide) what to see, where to eat etc. We loved that there was a local bakery 1 minute walk from the apartment where you could buy a slice of fresh pizza + something sweet or savoury for your breakfast.

The apartment was extremely clean and spacious with very high quality bedsheets and towels. The location was also great and quiet, not too far from the beach and the owner was so kind and welcoming. We will make sure to be back.
