Cosy winter trip. Beautiful rooms with good facilities for a get away in the country. Really warm home with great central heating. Real fire place and wood included and really great easy to use. Fully functional kitchen, with great coffee machine and large fridge. Perfect for preparing local goodies. Really quiet location. Wonderfully comfy beds, I slept so well. Super bakery a short walk up the road. Eat driving distance from city of Bergerac and many sights and vineyards. Owner doesn't really speak English, so good opportunity to practice your French.

The gite was so amazing. Beautiful old French design with thick walls so even when it got very warm, the house was cool. The gite was really well equipped and the owner left Champagne and cookies for our arrival. The gardens were fully mature with an fabulous wisteria tree by the kitchen French door into the garden. There were plenty of outdoor furniture and sun beds and we made good use of the covered barbecue area. Would definitely return.
